Here are my 3 best recipes for slowing down time at home:
1- Avocado, Banana and Honey
Avocado : As good on our plate as on our skin! Avocado contains vitamins B, C and E and is rich in minerals, potassium and iron. Avocado has an anti-wrinkles effect and is antioxydant. Boost the production of collagene that's why aging of your skin is slowed.
Banana : Contains vitamins C and B6 boosting the elasticity of your skin, anti-oxydant to prevent the aging of your skin. Also, banana hydrates your skin thanks to it's water content of 75%.
Honey : Protect your skin against UV light. Rich in fructose which moisturizes and soothe the skin.
- Mash avocado and banana in a bowl
- Ad a little coffee spoon of honey
- Apply the mixture on your skin
- Leave it for 15 minutes maximum
2- Yogurt and Green Tea
Yogurt : It is an excellent grain-free exfoliant to gently remove dead skin and excess of sebum thanks to the acids present in the yogurt.
Green Tea : Famous as a drink it is also really good as a skin care. Antioxydant, green tea can destroy free radicals and slow the appearance of wrinkles.
- Boil water
- Infuser a green tea bag
- Leave to cool and open the tea bag
- Mix a yogurt
- Apply the preparation on your skin
- Leave it during 15 min
3- Eggs, Olive oil and Lemon
Eggs : Rich in essentials nutrients, the yellow nourishes and unifies the complexion. The white tightens skins pores and regulates excess of sebum.
Olive oil : Facilitate skin tissue renewal. It is a natural anti-aging face skin care suitable for all skin types.
Lemon : Contains vitamins C. It is a powerful astringent to make your imperfections disappear.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and apply on your skin for 10-15 minutes.
Now you will stay young forever.
